Do you manufacture other types of windows?
We produce the following hand crafted products in timber:- Box sash, sash, casement and French doors and entrance doors
We do not produce plastic (UPVC) windows
Will my new windows be painted?
Your new windows will be decorated using seven coats of microporous paint. You can choose your colours with our surveyor when he visits to take exact measurements. We can even give you one colour outside and a different one inside.
Will my new windows reduce heat loss and improve draught exclusion?
Your double-glazed sash windows will be flush-sealed and Argon-filled to maximise insulation and sound-proofing, so you can reduce your energy bills without compromising on authenticity. Our windows are manufactured to maintain a permanent draught free seal.
Can my old plastic windows be replaced with new Box Sash Windows?
Yes we can remove your old plastic windows and replace them with beautiful hand crafted bespoke windows.
We guarantee the window frames against materials defects caused by faulty workmanship or materials for 30 years.
The Guarantee covers the cost of any faulty window frames or parts supplied and installed by us as part of a window complete with sub-frame (or box-frame).
The Guarantee covers glass units up to a maximum of 10 years from the date of installation.
- First 5 years parts and labour coverage
- Second 5 years covering parts only, the cost to replace them (labour charges) being borne by you
