Pre Sales:
You are provided with the fullest of information.
You can try out working samples.
You can see installations of timber sash windows, casements and doors.
You can visit our joinery works.
Sales:
There is no sales pressure.
No one will visit you except by invitation.
Your local estimating surveyor has a minimum of 10 years product training.
You are provided with options of sash windows or casements.
If you ask us, we will recommend the best one of them to suit your particular circumstances.
The quotation is valid for 28 days for you to make up your mind.
The choice is yours.
Prices:
The price is in writing and fixed from the outset
The price includes everything
There are no hidden extras
Value for Money:
Any savings we make are passed on to you.
We advise that replacement is better value than repair of timber sash windows, casements or doors over the long term.
You get what you pay for.
Payment:
You only pay 25% until what you have chosen is installed, when you pay the balance of 75%.
Materials:
All timber is Forestry Stewardship Council approved.
All organic materials are from sustainable sources.
All materials are home environmentally friendly.
The materials you have chosen are hand selected, and matched for your particular requirements at the outset.
Quality:
We only use the best materials for timber sash windows, casements or doors that we can buy.
We are accredited with British Standards Institute Total Quality Assurance.
Aesthetics:
Our products are designed to meet the fine line BETWEEN building regulations/energy saving/noise reduction AND the aesthetic restrictions of the heritage planners.
Performance:
Our recommendation is the option which will perform best to make your home as comfortable as possible.
All finished sash windows, casements or doors designed by us perform to the relevant British Standards.
Waiting Time:
We aim to get everything finished within three to four months of you finalising all your details.
A firm date is agreed with you as soon as your work is ready to install.
Installation:
You are kept in touch and informed well in advance.
Everything is done in our joinery works that can be done to reduce work time on site.
Our installers are absolutely trustworthy to be in your house.
We will not send your installer to start another job before he finishes your work.
Our installers clean up when they finish.
Waste:
We are licensed carriers of waste.
All old material removed is disposed of by us in officially designated sites.
After Sales Service:
We have a dedicated service department.
On the parts we design for our timber sash windows, casements or doors you have a guarantee that lasts for your lifetime.
Data Storage:
We are licensed under the Data Protection Act.
You name is not passed onto any other organisation.
You can choose to receive relative future information from us, or not.
Personnel:
All persons connected with the company are aware that their job depends upon honesty and trustworthiness.
We reward the individual employee extra, if we receive citation from you.
The average time an employee has been with the company is 10 years.
