Can you replace it to look the same as the existing one ? Yes. Will a new door be as secure ? More so. We use British Standards high quality locks and fittings. Glazing is safety / security glass and fitted from the inside. Will I get better warmth ? Yes, there is a perimeter air-seal integral to the door frame, which is really effective in keeping out the cold. Plus the discreet double-glazing.

Why use hardwood ?

Softwood needs to be treated with chemical preservative. No-one really knows the long tern effects of this is a domestic environment. Why take a chance when beautiful hardwood is so readily available from sustainable sources ?

How long will it take to fit ?

Will my new French Doors be guaranteed ?

Yes, for your lifetime. The first ten years after installation are covered by Lloyds of London insurance (included in the price).

Can I widen or heighten the doors ?
